focusing on the customers purchasing capacity.
- Place: In the hotel business products are service in their own premises through several
employees working in different departments of the hotel.
- Promotion: Hotel is using its social media pages, email to promote its business.
This hotel has maintained its guests list with their detailed information. Hotel used
to send emails to those guests about new services, programs of hotel, changes in prices etc.
